The Sherburne-Earlville Central School District has restructured its administrative team to align individual strengths with organizational needs in an effort to best serve our students, parents and staff during the 2021-2022 school year and beyond.
The SECSD Board of Education approved the following appointments during its annual Reorganization Meeting on July 6, 2021:
Primary School Principal (P-2): Mr. Jeffrey Morris
Intermediate School Principal (3-5): Ms. Jolene Emhof
Middle School Principal (6-8): Mrs. Jamie Maistros
Assistant Principal (7-9)/Athletic Director: Mr. Brad Perry
High School Principal (9-12): Mr. Nicholas Colosi
Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment: Ms. Antoinette Halliday
Director of Special Programs: Mrs. Ginger Rinaldo
Assistant Superintendent for Business: Mr. Todd Griffin
Superintendent of Schools: Mr. Robert Berson
The diverse leadership experiences and varied skill sets of each member of our administrative team will be utilized to inspire and empower each learner to reach their full potential. Working side-by-side with the entire staff, our leadership team will continue to provide new opportunities for growth and explore structures that highlight individual leadership strengths to inform our daily process, drive positive outcomes and strengthen our organization.
Additionally, we have collaborated as an organization to create a new strategic and school-improvement plan as SECSD believes that continual reflective practice is essential for individual and organizational growth. Representative of all stakeholder groups, our Strategic Planning Team worked together on this plan with purposeful, intentional, and thoughtful consideration to position the district for the highest level of future success. Our plan will be communicated to all stakeholders in the coming months.
