Congratulations to Sherburne-Earlville athletics for earning six Scholar-Athlete Team Awards and 48 individual honors from the New York State Public High School Athletic Association for the 2024-2025 Winter Sports season.
Our varsity girls basketball, bowling, swimming, boys indoor track and field, girls indoor track and field, and volleyball programs qualified as NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete Teams with 75-percent of each of their rosters combining for an academic average of at least 90 during the winter season.
Student-athletes from each Scholar-Athlete Team, as well as members of our varsity boys basketball and wrestling squads, also were recognized individually for maintaining an academic average of 90 or better during the winter.
The breakdown of individual Winter Scholar-Athlete awards: Boys basketball (4), girls basketball (8), bowling (2), swimming (6), boys indoor track and field (4), girls indoor track and field (12), volleyball (7), and wrestling (5).
