The Sherburne-Earlville Central School District Athletics Department is offering student-athletes and their families the convenience of an online sports registration process through FamilyID, which replaces the traditional paper copy of our "sports packet."
FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for S-E interscholastic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs
INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER:
Please have the following information handy when completing your online registration: Doctor’s contact information, insurance information, all current student-contact information.
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Follow these steps to get started: Visit our website at https://www.secsd.org >> Click on Athletics >> Click on the FamilyID button on the left side. Or you can just CLICK HERE for the direct link.
To find your program, click on the link provided by the S-E Athletic Department and select the registration form under the word "Programs."
Next, click on the green "Register Now" button and scroll, if necessary, to the green "Create Account/Log In" buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click "Create Account." If you already have a FamilyID account, click "Log In."
Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the first and last names of the account owner (parent/guardian), as well as an active email address and password. Select "I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service," then click "Create Account."
You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. If you don’t see an email, check your email filters (spam, junk, etc.).
Click on the link in your activation email, which will log you in to FamilyID.com.
Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red asterisk are required to have an answer.
Click the "Save & Continue" button when your form is complete.
Review your registration summary. No payment is required.
Click the green "Submit" button to complete your registration. You will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration. All student-athletes will be reviewed by the Athletic Department and school nurse to verify eligibility.
